Анотація

The research is dedicated to certain aspects of organization of the advanced training (professional development) for educational staff and improvement of their professional competence. During the last decades the use of different forms of improvement of professional competence has increased due to the development of information technology, including those in non-formal education sector. In the education market both free and commercial courses are well represented, and their target group is teaching staff. Appeared in 2006, the concept of crowdsourcing is gradually expanding the scope of application and, as a consequence, the essential content. Denoting, in the most general sense, the solution of specific corporate goals by engaging amateur performers on a voluntary basis, crowdsourcing is slowly gaining acceptance as a technology of collective intellectual product resulting in the formation of a new generation of educational technology based on the use of Web 3.0. The article presents the analysis of the prospects of crowdsourcing use, built on the study of the practice of its use in other areas, identified the advantages and disadvantages; the prospects of using this technology in training to improve the professional competence of teachers have been defined. The use of crowdsourcing to improve the skills of teachers is possible under certain conditions, which include the identification of the educational needs of students; the establishment of an effective network resource; the formation of a system of self-and inter evaluation; the use of reflection to the development of competencies; the definition of relevant pedagogical and methodological problems requiring urgent solutions; the defining of the requirements for the final product; definition of "control points" and timeframes.
