Abstract

The problem of quantifying the quality of the components of higher education due to the fact that the concept of quality as the higher education system in general and AI components does not determine the quantitative characteristics. Second, this problem is multi-objective. In addition, the evaluation on various criteria can not get clear. It is therefore proposed to solve this problem is to use the apparatus of fuzzy set theory, particularly linguistic variables. In this paper, an algorithm luff quality assessment of higher education and an illustrative example to solve this problem. For sensitivity analysis to changes in estimates as fuzzy expert assessments on different criteria, it is proposed to use fuzzy blur parameter values. Proved some properties of this index blur. The advantage of the proposed method of quantifying the quality component of higher education is that it is more adequate not only to the object, but a subject of study
