Abstract

In the article the author analyzes the continuous professional education phenomenology as a way of “acme” achievement, which is systematic, built on the levels basis, which expands its capabilities, enhances adaptability to environmental conditions, enables the flexible and quick respond to of society, social groups and individuals’ needs changing.
