Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the teacher's personality and self-realization in modem educational process. It was descriebed different ways of professional self realization and gave a taste of teacher's greality. The factors contributing to professional and creative self-realization in a personally-oriented education are analyzed in the article. Clarified the definitions of professional competence and self identity. Revealed the interdependence of the features of the process of training future music teachers, and whether they have the professional skills of self-organization. The essence and significance pedagogizaition of educational process as a significant factor in the fomulation of the creative personality of the future teachers.
