Abstract

The article deals with basic aspects of the teachers’ professional competence formation under the circumstances of increasing the quality of in-service teacher training based on the competence and personal approaches. At the modern stage of in-service teacher training development the focus moves to self-education activity taking into consideration basic principles of andragogy.
