Abstract

In the dissertation there is the theoretical generalization and experimental solution of scientific problem the place and role of psychological factors in the students intellectual competence development during the educational process, manifested in the disclosure of such factors of influence on this process, like group reflexivity and student groups cohesion. These factors, as some of the theoretical constructs of the system genesis concept, defined as the process of realization by the individual of means and methods of own and group activities, causes and consequences, achieved success and failures. It is established that on reflection regarding the specific activities, individual and group shows ability to consciously acquire and reproduce the experience, to master it, to turn it into a generalized mode of action in a particular problem situation. It is proved that the reflexive-psychological effects, supplemented the standard educational process had a significant role in the development of group reflexivity and group cohesion. This had a significant impact on the growth indicators of the success in education and intellectual competence of students. The author has identified and summarized the dynamics of intellectual performance in students co-curricular activities in interconnection and interdependence with the development of group reflexivity and cohesion of the academic groups. The results of the study are of practical importance for optimization of educational process, the intellectual development of students and development of their intellectual competence.
