Abstract

Studied to ensure a meaningful training primary school teachers to rhetorical speech activity. Analyzed the rhetorical training teachers in colleges and universities in the United States, European countries (Bulgaria, France). Characterized substantive content of curricula in terms of formation of readiness of the teacher to the voice of rhetorical activity.
