Abstract

In this article actualizes problem of formation skills twenty-first century of future educators: сritical thinking and possibility to solve problems, communicative, cooperative, media and computer skills. Considered types of students individual works and their influence on formation skills of twenty-first century. Presented results of students study positions of implementation creative tasks of individual works. The research allowed to make conclusions, that overwhelming majority of interviewed students able independently and in time perform tasks, overcome difficulties in condition of clear methodical instructions for their implementation and support of teacher and classmates. Listed examples of practical developments individual and collective objectives of individual works from one training course and analyzed their effectiveness. The best form of individual work selected Web-quest, that combines a method of projects using the Internet and role-playing games. Developed tasks has different difficulty and purpose, its - crossword puzzles, quizzes, interactive tests and educational games, the solution of which requires a deep knowledge of theoretical and practical material from discipline; search, examination and compilation of information from electronic websites; creating catalogs, cases that contains methodical materials; reflection of personal achievements. Proved, that the technology of Web-quest as a form of individual work of students in high school allows: improve skills of finding information in the Internet; develop critical thinking, ability to analyze, summarizing and evaluation of information; encourage students to be independent in solving problems; develop research and creative ability; formation of ability of establishing communication and interaction with others.
