Abstract

The article discusses the problem of teaching foreign languages to primary schoolchildren in Germany. The main models of teacher training to foreign languages teaching of primary schoolchildren, such as Foreign Language Teacher, Primary School Teacher enabled to teach foreign language are discussed. The article dwells on the system of teacher training in Germany and singles out its national peculiarities.
