Abstract

The article presents the results of studying the problem of prevention of frustration by means of personal self-regulation. Describes the content of personal self-regulation and outlines the specificity of the interdependence of these phenomena in the structure of activity of the subject activity of the subject. It has been established that frustration is a polymodal and multidimensional concept that functions in the context of the correlation of internal and external reality and affects the overall assessment of the personality of his own well-being and the preservation of mental health
