Abstract

The article deals with the essence of the concepts of «educational environment», «educational environment of the preschool», «potential», «pedagogical potential»; theoretical and methodological position for determining the educational content of the educational environment of preschool educational institution; the basic components of the structure of educational environment that cause the realization of its potential; ways of ensuring effective personal development in terms of preschool educational institution. The quality of preschool education is largely defined by quality of created educational conditions, the main of which is the educational environment of preschool educational institution that provides the best development of the individual. In the state standard of preschool education of Ukraine, which is the basic component of preschool education, built rules and regulations that determine state requirements to the level of education, development and education of the child 6 (7) years; total final figure of acquired competences of a child before its entry into the school. But conditions in which are held the development and education of preschool children are not indicated. Thus, modern professional training of preschool children educators focuses primarily on the professional work of the teacher, not the design of its willingness to preschool educational environment, successful social situations of the children. Pedagogical significance of research problem caused aim of the article is to determine the educational potential of the educational environment of preschool educational institution and how to ensure the effective development of the individual in terms of preschool educational institution
