Abstract

Specificity of reflexive and projective education was presented in the article. Reflexive and projective education is a pedagogical technology for optimizing of the future specialist’ personal becoming in the conditions of his professional training. The methodological justification, basic conditions and vectors for the realization of student’ reflexive and projective education were disclosed in the article. Results of the research of the dynamic of students’ professional becoming are indicate necessitate of optimization of psychological and pedagogical support of their professional studying. Reflective and projective education is an educational technology of an optimizing the personal and professional becoming. This technology provides the students’ readiness and ability to systematical analyze their personal and professional becoming. Reflexive and projective technology forms the students’ ability to build, implement and corrects the project of its professional self-realization also. This educational technology is based on two mental processes of future specialist. These processes are reflection and projection as future specialists’ active features. Approbation of reflexive and projective technology was occurred during the teaching of psychological disciplines. Individualization, professionalization and universalization were the vectors of the realization of reflective and projective education. The future specialist’ progressive personal traits as key results of the implementation of reflexive and projective education were characterized. The rise of indicators of a self-actualization need, reflexivity, responsibility and flexibility was recorded in future specialists. It was found that realization of reflexive and projective educational technology was provided these favorable changes.
