Abstract

The article presents the results of analytical research of the problem of value orientation of teachers of preschool education in the European educational dimension. The author has actualized the issue of axiological approach in the professional training of teachers and the peculiarities of his principles in the European context. It is determined that the priority values in the European educational dimension are the values of democracy, humanism and multicultural diversity that manifest themselves in the ability of the teacher to organize a democratic free and development environment in an educational institution, organizing an educational process aimed at the harmonious development of all children and creating conditions for adoption of the diversity of cultures.
