Abstract

The problems of foreign teachers polycultural competence development in the system of pedagogical personnel post-graduate training as one of the main kea competence in the structure of the professional teacher’s competence are regarded in this article. The pedagogical conditions, adhering to which have an effective influence on the polycultural competence forming, the presence of which helps teachers qualitatively function in manycultural environment are determined.
