Abstract

The article deals with the problem of Preschool teacher’s professional competency formation in the organization of kindergartens’ effective, health-keeping pedagogical environment which are practiced in American and German High schools. Components of preschool teachers’ professional competency that are obligatory for the organization of kindergartens’ eco- and health-keeping pedagogical environment are distinguished by the author; effective forms and methods of preschool teachers’ professional competency in the organization of that kind of environment are distinguished.
