Abstract

The article presents the study of the definitive characterization of basic concepts using encyclopedic and explanatory dictionaries, encyclopedias and reference books. Based on the study and analysis of psychological and pedagogical research, the requirements for the preschool teacher in the historical context and from the perspective of the present day are characterized. The researches on the motivational readiness for self-realization of future educators of preschool children have been carried out and on that basis its criteria and level indicators have been singled out.
