Abstract

The article highlights the problem of forming the readiness of future preschool teachers to work with parents of young children. The result of the study is the substantiation of theoretical principles and models of forming the readiness of future preschool teachers to work with parents of young children. The essence of the concepts "educational activity of preschool education specialists with parents of young children", "formation of readiness of future preschool teachers for educational activity with parents of young children", "professional and pedagogical competence of future preschool teachers" is specified. This model reflects the structural and functional interaction of the purpose, principles, components, criteria, indicators and levels of readiness, stages of training, pedagogical conditions, forms and methods of work, the result of activities.
