Abstract

This article discusses the form and content of the training of preschool educators-methodologists, based androgogical approaches. Discloses the model person-centered learning on training courses at the Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education. The author emphasizes the need for specific training of adults: the requirement for justification of training, independence, experience, practical orientation. Concentrates on the characteristics of some innovative methods and techniques.
