Abstract

In this article author reveals the problem of professional values of future primary school teacher, defines the basics of his personal formation. The strategic tasks of creating the new system of education, implementing the innovative background and progressive concepts into the functioning of modern educational institutions stipulate the process of forming the professional values acquirementare orienting in pedagogic reality and obtaining professional knowledge and skills; applying of these obtained knowledge and skills in practice; creating of own professional values based on generally accepted and panhuman ones. Especially it is actual for primary school teacher because the values, which are characterizing the personality of pedagogue, supply his professional activity, provide opportunity to communicate with pupils and their parents. Values connected with the understanding of society are vital professional values which define the formation of pedagogic university graduate as a specialist. The pedagogic training of future primary school teacher has to contain both getting the theoretic professional knowledge and forming the practical skills of professional competence, which are interconnected.
