Abstract

The article highlights the need to inform people who are qualified primary school teacher or a pre-school teacher with a description of how the functional-semantic type of speech, with peculiarities of its structure, construction and method of implementation in the educational process of pre-schools and primary schools. Description is a type of monologue plays an important role in language development of a child in their daily lives more prone expressed in the form of a story. Description expressing static events children learn much more difficult because teachers need to know its features to teach children to properly use its views
