Abstract

A social-political situation which was formed in period of World war II in the occupied territories of Ukraine; a role of social conflict in the armed and informational opposition between Nazi Germany and Soviet Union; the mechanisms of creation and solving the conflict in the social system has been examined; analyzed the influence of informative policy of the states and mass media on the origins and development of social conflicts during wars.
