Abstract

In article author examines the concept of gender stereotypes, gender roles and gender behavior and their impact on the development of future specialists; principles of gender pedagogy, as well as examples of gender stereotypes in the behavior of the teacher. Attention is focused on the aspect of the feminine and masculine coexistence of rice in one individual. Today it is impossible to imagine the learning process in higher education without Gender Study. The development of democracy and civil society is closely correlated with changes in the role of man in society, as well as changes in social (gender) roles. Nowadays it is difficult to meet legislators, administrators or any other public person who would deny the idea that equality of sexes is the key to sustainable development of civil society, one of the hallmarks of its democracy. However, the reality is far from the position papers of harmonization. The origins of many of these issues, such as ignoring the interests of women as a violation of its representation in the legislative and administrative levels of government, the unrealized potential of the individual items because of the imbalance in specific areas of professional employment and relevant education and training institutions are rooted in failures of gender socialization, gender mainstreaming and gender features. The study of gender pedagogy course provides an opportunity to reveal peculiarities of the man as sexual beings in the light of social and pedagogical knowledge. Introduction to the beginnings of gender pedagogy allows future professionals to settle disputes in relations articles not only from the standpoint of women’s rights, but primarily from a position of parity, rights and opportunities for both sexes. Pedagogy gender development includes an analysis of conceptual approaches and research on assimilation of gender roles, the nature of their family and society. This is seen not only the differentiation of gender differences, but also social and ethno-cultural aspects. That is, men and women in terms of gender are in the process of education and training, under the influence of the social environment, which socializer sex, turning a creature belonging to a specific biological gender to mental.
