Abstract

The role and importance of corporate culture of the university; found to relate concepts as "corporate culture" and "organizational culture" and discovered the last function: cognitive, value-education, communication, legal and regulatory, motivational, innovative and Stability; singled structural elements of corporate culture: artifacts, values, norms, goals and mission of the organization; and signs of the university as a corporation: nadorhanizatsiynist, polisub'yektnist, competitive environment, as the value of social identity formation and contrast to other organizations
