Abstract

The paper presents the structure of the future teacher readiness to interact with gifted children means esthetic therapy. The experience with the use of esthetic therapy future teachers in the context of student scientific group to improve their level of readiness to interact with gifted children. The wording of the article is identify and justify the structure of the future teacher readiness to interact with gifted children, which will ensure the implementation of the tasks individually oriented approach through the use of potential drugs esthetic therapy. Synthesis of various approaches to the structure of psychological readiness to professional activity of future teachers allowed us to identify its components such as motivational orientation, cognitive-operational, emotional and volitional, appraisal. Therefore, within the scientific studies of students' personal and professional growth of "I-efficient", which has been operating under the Department of Theory and History of Education (Organizer: Doctor of Education, Professor N. Chernukha moderator, Ph.D., assistant professor V.Muromets), future teachers learn the variant proposed curriculum „Fundamentals esthetic therapy: personal and professional growth”. The purpose of this program are: formation of future teachers understanding of modern healthsafety technologies in educational practice; to form practical skills in the field esthetic therapy for emotional well-being in an educational environment, reduce conflict, aggression, anxiety and more.
