Abstract
The paper studies narratives in modern dramatic discourse. The author of the paper analyzes points of view of major academic papers on the subject. Role of homodiegetic narrators in memory plays is determined. The process of dramatic genres’ mutation is considered. Examples of docudrama and verbatim are exposed.
