Abstract
The article is devoted to the question of the emotional health of students, the solution of which provides for the development of emotional intelligence. The emotional health is considered in the context of studying the psychological health of individuals. There have been identified the measures to be taken by the universities to form emotionally healthy specialists of socionomic professions since this is a significant feature of their professional success
