Abstract
In the article on the basis of analysis of scientific labors possibilities of creation of professional networks of teachers which must provide professional development of teachers and instrumental in creation informatively educational environments of education are selected. Professional development of teachers in a network concord can be provided by the special instruments and services. Possibilities of the special platforms, instruments and services are generalized for creation of professional networks: e-mail, webinar, sites, bloggers, forums, wiki resources, social networks, special platforms. Possibilities of the use of professional internetwork of Microsoft are certain «Partnership in studies» and the special platform for the construction of social networks, professional networks. Examples are resulted on-line associations, professional networks of teachers, methodical associations which can be useful to the teachers of different objects. Certainly terms of creation of professional networks for professional development of teachers by facilities of IKT: motivation to creation of new knowledge’s, IKT the competence of teachers, informative infrastructure, which provides intercourse, collaboration of teachers, free exchange by materials, joint activity. Teachers can or to use the resources of professional networks or create own on-line associations and professional networks on the basis of the use of services the Internet, sites, bloggers, special platforms.
