Abstract
The article is focusing on the issue of material and intellectual values linkage and their impact on a personality development. Interpretation of pedagogical ideas by Vasyl Sukhomlynskyi in the current educational problems context will be in help with dialectics of the above mentioned two social activity types’ comprehension, ensure their balance for an individual and set up the pedagogical process appropriately. The core scientist’s position concerning materialistic and spiritual needs for the personality’s dialectics and harmonization has been revealed, regarding them as social activity components and due to their corresponding education environment creation peculiarities. The educator humanist’s experience in providing the continuous interconnection of the nation and spiritual renaissance processes; their complementarily and mutual enrichment through the four educational cults like that of the Motherland; the man’s, the books and the native word cults has been presented in practice. The person’s consuming culture backbone is based on its humanistic nature affecting the personality’s social and individual formation , skill to consciously influence own needs satisfaction. According to the scientist’s views humanization makes a connect nucleus of the process, realized in the human relationship.
