Abstract
Material prepared article contains description akmeseredovyscha as a factor in the future development of the individual citizen and patriot. Particular attention is paid to the role of the teacher education process manager as mentor youth. Educational activity all teachers akmeseredovysche creates educational institutions, which play an important positive role in patriotic and civic education of students. All teachers must have the latest and accurate information about their country, its nature, people, history, development, culture, art and various resources of the land.
