Abstract
Basing upon the archives historical sources, the authors prove that, currently, the influence and significant of the development of University education has educational transformative mission. The historical importance of universities goes back to ancient times. However, at present in the period of total globalization, a man aspires to knowledge, so that social, cultural and scientific importance of university education is meaningful.
