Abstract
It is not always possible to accurately determine the parameters of a general effectiveness indicator of the project of intelligent information-analytical systems (ІІAS) for its finding, therefore there is a need to estimate the sensitivity of the quality of the project to the changes in the mentioned parameters. In this regard a technique of sensitivity analysis and stability for the overall performance indicator ІІAS based on fuzzy sets is developed. All the necessary definitions, theorems, formulas and illustrative examples are given
