Abstract
Dissertation research is devoted to the selection of factors and directions of forming of self-appraisal of future teachers in the conditions of crises in professional studies. It is found out, that during professional studies a professional self-appraisal becomes a significant partial manifestation in the general process of self-evaluation young people. Selected and investigated the dynamics of self-appraisal components of teacher such, as a self-appraisal of professional knowledge, self-appraisal of professional abilities and skills, self-appraisal of professional reasons and persuasions, self-appraisal professionally meaningful personality qualities. Was analyzed the experiencing crisis of adaptation students and existence of crises of approbation and professional readiness was confirmed. Also it was found that crises of professional studies are one of internal factors of structural or destructive influence on forming of self-assessment of future teachers. Were developed the psychological-pedagogical measures of optimization professional self-appraisal of future teachers and approved through the increase of level of its adequacy, growth of co-ordination of components and forming of structural strategy experiencing in crisis of professional readiness.
