Abstract
At works of modern scientists, specialists of science and scholarship, phenomenon of metadesign is considered as a process of mental constructing of personality’s methods, structural components of new phenomenon of social reality. It’s realization in future will give a good possibility to solve of new important life problem of personality. According to S.D.Maksymenko, life activity of human author’s metadesign is directed to construction of their own future’s construction in different life domens. Sensitive stage of personality’s metadesign is youth. Main life task of this age is choise of perspective lines and guides of personality’s life way in professional, family, social and other domens of his living way. Main structural components of individuum living way’s metadesign are life goals, plans, perspectives. Life goals at early youth age are ambigous, less concrete, constructed on life dreams level. Activation of sense-of-life search as existentional basis of life goals development cause increase of this mental process in elder youth age. The most purposeful parts of personality’s life perspective are immediate time periods. The main life goals are goals of own financial superlatives, kudo, status. Sensitive stage of life plan’s activation is also elder youth age. The main domens of personality’s life plans are family and professional. Development of wide social life plans is not sufficient. An important factor of personality’s life plans development is gender. Increase of life perspective is also irregular: the most developed is immediate perspective of youngsters, distances perspective is not clear and concrete. So, insufficient development of all structural components of life metadesign of personality in youth, prepotansy of matherial, selfish mental phenomenons in it’s structure, irregular development os life perspectives cause nessesaruty of conducting of futher experimental researches of this phenomena, elaboration of psychological and pedagogical conditions of it’s activation.
