Abstract
The problem of reflection as mechanism of personality’s youth age professional self-design is considered in the article. Results of theoretical analysis of incluence of reflection on development of professional self-design different components of youngsters are analyzed. Special features of professional reflection of youngsters in conditions of their professional preparation, psychological and pedagogical conditions of this phenomenon’s activization are discussed.
