Abstract
Educational policy of preschool teachers’ training in France is analysed in the article. General features of preschool education system (a network of preschool institutions, subordination, financing), especially educational policy in higher professional training of pre-school education, factors of influence are focused out by the author. Prospects of further educational policy development in this direction are distinguished. The author summarized that the main directions in which the educational policy in the field of preschool teachers’ training in France are: implementation of the concept of "lifelong learning" implement the concept of "professional continuum" and creating conditions for continuous professional development and career growth, providing a high level of future preschool specialists’ training in accordance with European standards and European trends of teacher education. The following factors influence on educational policy of preschool teachers’ training: trends spread the content of teacher education and related with reforms in 1989; integration of teachers’ higher education into the European educational space, cooperation with European organizations and participating in joint education programs; dissemination and policy support of learning of French in other countries; common European concept of "lifelong learning". The following features of implement educational policy in the field of training preschool teachers in France are: providing basic specialists training of preschool sector, promotion of professional and career development, enhancing the social status of the profession.
