Abstract
The article analyzes the model and features of the educational process, peculiarities of pedagogical paradigm of modernity. Discovered the phenomenon of humanization of education and its consequences. Prerequisite for the personal development of students stands the project of educational process in logic of humanistic paradigm. Pedagogical process – is a holistic educational process in unity and relationship education and training, characterized by joint activity, cooperation of its subjects, contributing to the comprehensive development and personal fulfillment student. "Pedagogical paradigm" – is a set of theoretical, methodological and other equipment taken scientific pedagogical community at each stage of pedagogy that leadership as a model (models, standard) in solving educational problems; specific set of regulations (regulative).
