Abstract
In this article the authors define the determinants of safe youth activities in the Internet. The authors highlight the concept of "determinant" and grounded social-pedagogical conditions of the youth activities in a secure Internet. The authors defined the forms of social and educational work aimed at developing young people a safe activity on the Internet in the context of threats that exist in the Internet
