Abstract
Effective activity of educational establishment is not possible without the observance of educational-educator process of educational legislation of Ukraine that is in the process of permanent changes all participants. As to the representative of establishment, it must the leader of educational establishment know the normatively-legal base of activity of educational establishment and accept administrative decisions within the limits of the legal field. Executable educational code from discipline the "Legal aspects of management educational establishment" worked out for speciality of a 8.18010020 "Management of the second (master's degree) level of higher education educational establishment". An aim of course is forming of professional competenses of modern leader of educational establishment for providing of legal principles of activity of educational establishment.
