Abstract
In article the current state of psychological service in higher educational institutions of Ukraine is analyzed. Need of a full development of a versatile psychological assistance to students during their professional formation is approved. Examples of the organization of psychological service in Higher education institutions of Ukraine and in SND countries, in particular, in Russia are reviewed. Prospects of development and improvement of psychological service of Higher education institutions are outlined
