Abstract
The economic nature of the financial mechanism of the agro-industrial companies is presented in the article. The features of the functioning of the agro-industrial companies are revealed. The factors of influence on the formation of financial resources of the agro-industrial companies are presented. The functional and providing subsystems that form the financial mechanism are analyzed. The basic purpose of the operation of the financial mechanism of the agro-industrial companies are offered.
