Abstract
In the dissertation Cultural and educational development of the USSR in the 1920s for the first time in Ukraine considered by using of Kharkiv’s periodicals press. These documents were researched on the basis of a large number of archival sources. In these published materials disclosed theme and content of periodicals including those that have long time been in special archives, and were not available to any scientists. Analyzing a lot of publications in various branches of the Soviet press of Kharkiv were defined the main aspects and forms of social political and cultural life of the Ukrainian SSR. These Kharkiv’s periodicals talks us how it is important event of cultural and educational development.
