Abstract
Forming of professionalism of professional school's director The problem of forming of professionalism of director Professional school is examined in the article. Professionalism of leader it is possible to define as presence of individual capabilities. The concept of capabilities is conditioned knowledge's, abilities and skills which are already mine-out for this man, characterize a depth, speed, durability of capture to them that or by other activity. Capabilities appear in the process of capture activity the personalities closely associated with a general orientation, with that, as far as proof inclinations of man to that or other activity. In the structure of capabilities it is possible to select fallowings their kinds: elementary, difficult general, partial.
