Abstract
The article revealed the role of teachers in rural preschools in the I period (1945-1963 years) development of public preschool rural Ukraine – the revival and establishment of kindergartens; іt highlighted the subjective factor of the development of rural pre-school establishments in Ukraine – the human factor.
