Abstract
The article discusses the concept of the categorical framework of the intelligentsia, which is understood as an intellectual minority of society, his spiritual mentor, an intellectual guide, a specific resource guide with the modernization of society in the search for ideas that should form the foundation of a response the next historical challenge. It is emphasized that appeal to social and philosophical discourse for the study stated the problem involves consideration of a broad palette of thinking about what the intellectuals, what is its potential and how intellectuals feasible problem solving problems stated in terms of transitive societies, where the historical challenges are waiting for their worthy responses.
