Abstract
This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of personality’s spiritual potential of realization in the system of continuous art education. It emphasizes the importance of institutionalized (formal education) and non- institutionalized (informal and non-formal education) forms, ensuring a comprehensive professional development of the music specialist in the artistic sphere.
