Abstract
New requirements for teachers’ training primarily are formed at the national level by the government, which determines the vectors and directions of education degree in the country, offers mechanisms for achieving the objectives and analyzes of the work. That’s why it’s of high importance to start pre-school teachers’ professional training reformation in Ukraine from the changes in educational policy. Ireland’s experience, as the representative of developed European country in this aspect, can be useful and can be regard as the example to follow. The Ireland’s pre-school teacher professional training, its’ development, peculiarities and main traces of educational policy in this aspect is the object of the investigation that forms the aim of this issue.
