Abstract

In today's sociocultural space under conditions of a new labor market training acquires a special significance responsible, proactive, creative person who is able to realize their own values. Social transformation taking place in Ukraine under the influence of socio-economic reforms have led to many changes in the socio-pedagogical orientation. The professionalism of the future expert of social sphere depends on the ability of independent intellectual improvement, creative approach to the process of their own education and training in a constantly changing world that is evolving. Today, experts feel the need for the introduction of modern social and pedagogical techniques that would help in the realization of personal approach to client and affect the efficiency of social and educational activities. Social and educational activities, recently enriched by new forms of teaching that allow to intensify the educational process in high school. Future specialists as professionals with a high innovative potential, defined as a set of socio-cultural and creative personality characteristics, demonstrate the willingness to improve the social and educational activities. In the innovative potential of social experts also included the desire and opportunity to develop their interests and ideas, unconventional look to solve the problems that arise, take creative and innovative approaches in implementing professional activities Among the innovative social and educational technology, isolated those that are personally oriented, reflexive, dialogical basis and are sold through the direct influence of the social environment. Using innovative technologies in professional activity requires knowledge of teaching methods, principles of organization, features the use and analysis of socio-educational experience, particularly in the social sphere
