Abstract
In 2008, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Plan of Implementation of Criminal Justice Reform Concept Ukraine [Action Plan to implement the Concept of reforming the criminal justice Ukraine approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 27, 2008 №1153-p.], In the context of which the Ministry of Justice , the Interior Ministry, Defense Ministry, Finance Ministry, Economy Ministry, Security Service, State Tax administration, with the participation of the National Commission on strengthening democracy and the rule of law, the Supreme Court and Prosecutor General of Ukraine had to develop and submit to the established order draft Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses.
