Abstract
Leadership in social activities is widely used for a special and unique phenomenon in the public life of the United States. Leadership in local communities as selected locally significant impact on social policy and vyrisheniyi problems, making decisions in these communities have a unique role in the towns where the local community is the main legislative body. In this sense, fulfill a significant role communities, focusing on attracting partners and services of local residents exercising influence in shaping the local order and high quality local services to attract, create vision area where they live.
