Abstract

The paper deals with the nature and process of peace making in the East of Ukraine under condition of the prolonged armed conflict. The author suggests an individual approach to the description of conditions and state of the inner conflict, as well as the sequence of actions of the government and society providing peace making based on the wish and initiative of counter parties, the choice format and of relevant tools.
